FOR CUSTOMS BROKERS

The broker's playbook: screen, refer, deliver.

You hold the ACE data and the client relationship. We provide the assessment infrastructure your clients need. Together, you answer the question they are already asking.
The broker advantage: Licensed customs brokers are the only intermediaries with direct ACE portal access. You can pull ES-003 Entry Summary Details reports in minutes — the exact data needed to screen clients for IEEPA tariff refund eligibility. No other partner type has this capability built into their existing workflow.
01

Screen your client roster.

Review your importer clients who imported between February 2025 and February 2026. Any client who paid duties under HTS codes 9903.01 or 9903.02 is a candidate. You likely already know who they are.

02

Send the outreach.

Contact affected clients. Let them know about the Supreme Court ruling and their potential refund eligibility. We provide email templates and talking points for your team.

03

Pull the ES-003.

Log into ACE, export the Entry Summary Line Levels Detail report for the IEEPA period (February 2025 through February 2026). This takes minutes and provides every data point needed for the assessment.

04

Present the assessment.

We deliver a complete Impact Assessment — entry-level exposure analysis, liquidation status mapping, recovery path options, and timeline projections. You present it to your client as a service your brokerage facilitated.

05

File and refer.

For clients choosing broker-assisted recovery, you file the protests and PSCs through your existing workflow. For clients choosing immediate capital or CIT litigation, we handle the referral to capital partners or trade counsel. You are compensated on every engagement path.

Common questions from customs brokers.

Do I need to change my existing workflow?
No. The screening process uses data you already have — ES-003 reports from ACE. You pull the report, share it with us, and we handle the assessment. Your existing client service workflow stays the same.
How much can I earn per referral?
Referral economics depend on the engagement type and the client's exposure level. Specific fee structures are outlined during your partner setup call. There is no cap on referrals.
What if my client's exposure is small?
There is no minimum threshold. Every importer who paid IEEPA duties is a candidate. Smaller exposures are still assessed and may qualify for broker-assisted filing or bundled recovery.
Will you contact my clients directly?
Only with your permission and involvement. You retain the client relationship throughout. White-label options are available for brokerages with 50+ importer clients.
How long does the assessment take?
5 to 10 business days from data submission. Initial screening confirmation within 48 hours. Priority processing available for high-volume partners.
