FOR FREIGHT FORWARDERS

You do not need customs expertise. You need one question and one email.

Your forwarding clients trust you with their supply chain. Now they are asking about tariff refunds. You do not need to become a customs expert — you just need to make the introduction.
The forwarder opportunity: Freight forwarders serve importers every day. Those importers paid IEEPA tariffs. Most do not know they are owed a refund. You are in a unique position to be the first person who tells them — and the one who connects them with the right assessment infrastructure.

Did you import goods into the United States between February 2025 and February 2026? If the answer is yes, they almost certainly paid IEEPA tariffs. That is the only screening you need to do. No ACE portal access required. No HTS code knowledge necessary. One question identifies the candidate.

We provide ready-to-send email templates for your client outreach. The message explains the Supreme Court ruling, the potential refund, and the no-cost assessment process. You send it under your name or your company brand. The client responds to you. You forward the details to us.

After you refer a client, we handle everything: data collection (coordinating with their customs broker for ES-003 data), assessment delivery, recovery path presentation, and engagement execution. You receive status updates and earn when the engagement proceeds.

Every referral that proceeds to assessment or capital offer generates a fee for you. The client does not pay more because you referred them. Your fee comes from the partner program, not from the client. Zero cost to your client relationship. Zero cost to join.

Common questions from freight forwarders.

Do I need customs expertise to participate?
No. The screening process requires one question: did your client pay IEEPA tariffs? If yes, you send us their contact details. We handle everything from there — data collection, assessment, recovery path presentation.
What if my client already has a customs broker?
That is expected. The customs broker is typically involved in pulling ES-003 data. We coordinate directly with the broker. You earn the referral fee regardless of who provides the data.
How much can I earn?
Referral fees depend on the engagement type and client exposure level. Specific structures are outlined during your partner setup call. There is no cap on the number of referrals.
Will this affect my freight forwarding relationship?
No. Tariff recovery is a separate service. Your freight forwarding agreement stays unchanged. This adds a revenue line without affecting existing operations.
